OUR PROCESS
1. BRIEF
We discuss in depth to define a clear and precise design brief, including project goals, ideas and feasibility, budget and costings.
2. CONCEPT
We work collaboratively with you to develop design concepts based on detailed brief.
Layout options, mood boards and concept design presentations, 3D rendered visuals are presented for approval.
3. DETAILED DESIGN
Once the concept design is approved, detailed drawings are produced. Samples of materials and finishes are presented and schedules for lighting, furniture, finishes and further specific elements are produced.
4. CONSTRUCTION/FIT-OUT
We co-ordinate the project and attend regular site visits. Liaise with contractors and specialist trades to ensure project stays on track and to brief. Final works are fully inspected to ensure design and functionality are achieved.
